Manual Honing Machine – MH
Khushbu Manual Honing Machines are ideal for small batch quantity and variety of components. Controlling the bore size is very easy with Khushbu Manual Honing Machine. While honing, the feed and pressure is controlled by two separate knobs. Khushbu gives the advantage of achieving precise surface quality resulting into high contact area of the bore. The honed surface presents the picture of a fine cross hatch pattern.
Auto Stroking Machine – AH
Khushbu auto stroking machine is used for large batch quantity. Here, the job holding and stroking is done by the fixture and stroking mechanism, respectively. This system eliminates human fatigue and error. It results into high rate of production. Well balanced stroking arrangement results into smooth honing operation.
